Booking Policy
Sessions require 48 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
Training locations must be ground floor or have elevator access. If access requirements are not met, the session may be canceled, delayed, or shortened without refund.
Minimum class size: 5 participants. Maximum: 12 participants per instructor.
For blended courses, the online module must be completed before the live session. Participants must bring proof of online completion. Failure to do so may prevent participation and certification.
Certification is issued digitally upon successful completion. Physical cards are optional and available for purchase.
Only participants who attend the full session and meet all course requirements will receive certification.
The client and/or participant is responsible for confirming that this course satisfies all applicable requirements, including but not limited to employer policies, OSHA standards, licensing or medical boards, and insurance requirements. REVIVE does not guarantee acceptance by any third party.

Pricing
CPR + First Aid: $105 per person
BLS + First Aid: $115 per person
Payment must be received no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled session. Sessions will not be held without confirmed payment.
Sessions (individual or group) canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable.
